What types of assets can the system manage?

Does asset management include maintenance?

Yes. Asset identity and custody can connect to inspections, preventive schedules, work orders, repairs, calibration, parts, downtime and service cost. The exact scope depends on the maintenance process required.

Can we use RFID and barcode together?

Yes. Barcode or QR is often practical for deliberate issue, return and service transactions, while RFID may help with faster audits, search or automated movement capture. NFC or GPS can be used selectively where they add value.

Can the system integrate with finance or ERP?

Yes. OCTO Ops can exchange master data, acquisition, transfer, service and disposal information with finance, ERP, procurement, HR and other systems through a suitable integration design.

How do you build or clean the opening asset register?
